The hormone pulsatility software provided here is free-of-charge for use by scientific researchers. We do ask, however, that you please properly cite this software in any publication stemming from its use.
Current Version
The latest version of the software is Pulse_XP. The Pulse_XP software includes: Cluster8, Pulse, Pulse2, Pulse4, Deconv, AutoDecon, ApEn, Cosine, Cross Approximate Entropy, Cross-Correlation, Concordance, and Gold's Method. For a step-by-step skelatal guide to the software suite, we have assembled a Begin_Here document.
Again, we would like to stress that for hormone time-series pulsatility data analysis, based upon extensive simulations, AutoDecon's performance is a substantial improvement over the previous incarnations of the software.
This software is supplied as a self-extracting installer. Instructions for its installation are provided on the documentation page.
Legacy Version
The Legacy version of the software is not currently being supported but is still available. It includes: Cluster7, Pulse, Pulse2, Pulse4, Deconv_S, X-Corr, and X-ApEn.
